Was hidden so my kids couldn’t see it.
Hi Caitlin,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re glad to hear that our discreet packaging was able to meet your needs and keep your purchase hidden from your kids. We appreciate your feedback and hope to continue providing a positive experience for our customers.
Ordering during the holiday months is always questionable if your kids will see what you ordered or if the package will be blank. I highly appreciated the option to have discreet packaging so my children couldn't see what it was! Thank you for the option!!
Thank you so much for your positive feedback! We understand the importance of discretion, especially during the holiday season. We're glad that our discreet packaging option provided peace of mind for you and your family. Thank you for choosing us!
So far so good! I’m only deducting a star because the instructions felt were poorly done and the instruction video was worse. Be prepared to do a lot of head scratching and just going rogue.
Hi Laura! Thank you for leaving a review for our Discreet Packaging product. We apologize for any confusion or frustration you experienced with the instructions and instructional video. We will definitely take note of this and work on improving them. If you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.
